Rooms & Suites

The Lighthouse Marina Resort offers 34 rooms with ocean-inspired decor. The Aqua Room (32 sqm) includes a hillside view, while the Aqua Spa Suite (39-47 sqm) features a bubble jacuzzi tub and bay views. The Aqua Veranda Suite (47 sqm) has a separate living room and large veranda. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and rain shower. Maximum occupancy is four guests, with extra bed options for children.

Dining & Bars

Sands Resto-Grill serves breakfast buffet (6:00 AM-10:00 AM) and international dishes until 11:00 PM. The 720 Bar, open from 4:00 PM to midnight, offers cocktails with panoramic bay views. Both venues feature live music nightly. Signature dishes include locally sourced seafood prepared to international standards.

Waterfront Activities

The resort's beachfront hosts jet skiing, parasailing, and kayaking. Swimming is not permitted due to boat traffic. Guests can book traditional Paraw sailboat tours or join the Subic Sailing Club's regattas. The annual International Coastal Cleanup event engages visitors in marine conservation.

Location & Access

Located on Waterfront Road in Subic Bay, the resort is 10 km from SBMA Beach and 1.5 km from Spanish Gate. Casino Filipino Olongapo is a 1 km walk. The area includes mangrove forests and the Aeta Ambala Tribe's ancestral lands, accessible via guided eco-tours.
